UPDATE: Washington Gas was able to use another method and will no longer need access to individual units as indicated below. Management continues to work with Washington Gas re: their responsibility to rectify any resulting damage on the property due to their repairs.

Please refer to the notice that was sent regarding Washington Gas gas main and service line replacements, which should occur on the property over a two-week timeframe. Construction schedules may be affected by weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Note that Washington Gas is responsible to repair any damage to the property caused by their work, and they will require access to your unit, at some point, to relight your appliance(s).
