Phase 6 exterior work will begin on the south sides of Buildings 20 (05 and 06 stacks) and 26 (03 and 04 stacks).
Please keep windows closed for the duration of the repairs to prevent dust and water from entering units. Residents may choose to seal off the interiors of windows with painter's tape for further protection, and close curtains, shades or blinds for privacy.
After completion of the south sides, the work will shift to the entire east sides of Buildings 20 and 26 (facing Old Glebe Road/TJ) to clean and apply a sealant coat to those facades.
Building 30’s retaining wall will be the final project in Phase 6 to occur, likely in late August or early September. Plantings closest to the wall will have to be removed in preparation for that mobilization.
