Roofers have started work on all five buildings and will be finishing up the bulk of it before CWI begins mortar replacement, flashing installation, and lintel repairs in June (likely the week of June 5) on Buildings 20 (north and northwest), 22 (northwest), and 30 (south). Information has additionally been posted in the lobbies. Please keep windows and blinds closed to avoid dust infiltration and to maintain privacy. Consider taping off window openings for extra anti-dust protection. Note that facade work typically takes 2-3 months.
Washington Gas is currently replacing certain lines and meters on the property, and will be responsible for properly restoring the grass and sidewalks, etc. Please maintain caution around the work areas.
A new landscaping company (Complete) has begun the process of getting the grounds in shape, including trimming, mulching, and installing spring flowers in the center of the courtyard.
