NEW LANDSCAPING COMPANY

On May 12, 2014 Lancaster is scheduled to begin a major overhaul of the landscaping to include significant pruning of bushes on the property. The pruning may initially seem drastic, but is necessary to revive and improve the long-term aesthetic of the plants. They will also begin work on a date to be determined on the center area in the courtyard to remove invasive plants, as well as the little tree, which has canker, and to reset the cypress and boulders for a more maintained look. Hopefully, the juniper shrub can be saved to replant elsewhere.

In all Lancaster has done a decent job, they did skip a few lawn mows at first. The bushes and center courtyard could use some attention.
