-Entry system details are located below in Entry System section.
-Unit owners are responsible for their own mailbox keys and lock repair/replacement.
-One parking permit per unit is available for approved vehicles. Additional resident vehicles must park on the street. Residents may not park in visitor spots. Visitor vehicles may park in any of the designated five short-term visitor spots at the rear of the big lot. Visitor parking is first-come, first-served.
-Pets are limited to one cat or bird per unit. Dogs are not automatically permitted. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval for a dog to reside or visit.
Per Amendment to section 2, effective January 1, 2021:
A nonrefundable move-in/move-out fee of $200 is levied by AOA on all persons moving into the community. This fee is due from the unit owner upon signing a rental lease or upon settlement of the resale of a unit. This fee is intended to defray costs the Association assumes during resident turnover periods, such as administrative costs, and increased wear and tear on the common elements.
