Emergency Hot Water Repairs

Update Friday, May 31:  Emergency repairs for hot water supply appear to be complete, and hot water should be back on track.  Please report any further issues to AMV.

Remember that when main water supplies are shut off, there may be resulting small debris in the line that can clog faucet aerators. If there is a decrease in the water pressure, first check and clean out the aerator, if needed.

An unknown issue has caused an interruption in the hot water supply. Emergency repairs for hot water supply are being performed.


The cold water supply should still function during the work.

2019 Spring/Summer Facade Work

CWI will begin staging for mortar replacement, flashing installation, and lintel repairs beginning June 17 on Building 20 facing the courtyard (West and South Elevations). Please avoid parking too close to the storage container in the large lot.

Building 24 South Elevation closest to Glebe, and North Elevation (shed area), and Building 26 South End Elevation (near 30’s Courtyard) will follow at later dates (Building 24 in August) based on 20’s completion. Information has additionally been posted in the lobbies. Please keep windows and blinds closed to avoid dust infiltration and to maintain privacy. Consider taping off window openings for extra anti-dust protection. Note that facade work typically takes 2-3 months.
