Gas Smell

Update: Evidence of a gas leak was ultimately found on Glebe Road—not on Arbors property. The gas company has put in a ticket for repair.

A natural gas smell has been reported to the gas company for the area between 22 and 24 as you exit the courtyard to go down the stairs. Please stay clear of the area and make sure no one smokes anywhere near the vicinity until further notice.

The gas company is sending a technician as soon as possible.

Typically, the Fair has provided us with a limited number of street-parking passes. Residents who have second vehicles registered at Arbors can request information from the management company about obtaining a pass on a first-come, first-served basis. Registered vehicles with Arbors permanent parking permits are asked to park in the lots to leave room on the street for their neighbors with second vehicles. Sorry, no street passes are available for visitors. There are five visitor spots available in the big lot.
