Paint colors being matched in 26

5/11/2015

In preparation for upcoming interior painting, workers will be applying various test hues in attempts to match existing paint colors for walls, ceilings, baseboards, railings, and doors. Work is planned to begin the last week in June to include the front stairwells and front entry lobbies/halls for 24 and 30. The front entry lobbies/halls for the remaining buildings will be addressed later in the year. Watch for posted notices in the buildings related to painting of unit doors.  Residents will be asked to be present to open their doors for the painters; otherwise, door edges will not be painted.

Is there a schedule for when the other buildings will be painted? Thank you.

A schedule for the remaining buildings will be discussed during a monthly meeting following the Annual Meeting (likely July).
